Maitland Engineering’s Sales Department is the starting point to ensuring quality products delivered in a timely fashion. All Purchase Orders are reviewed and approved by
our Quality Assurance Department and Engineering Department to verify that all documentation is in place to produce the parts to the customer's specifications. Once the approval process is completed
and a delivery time is established, a Sales Order Acknowledgement is sent to the customer.
With the use of a full manufacturing and financial software package, the Sales Department has the ability to immediately check the status of any order, giving the customer an immediate response.
